Bentonville, AR — Walmart Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of its Marketside Fresh Cut Cucumber Slices sold in select Texas stores due to a potential Salmonella contamination. The recall, announced on May 22 and published by the FDA on May 23, affects products produced between May 13 and May 20, 2025.
The affected cucumber slices may contain recalled whole cucumbers supplied by Bedner Growers, Inc. of Boynton Beach, Florida. The FDA linked these cucumbers to a multistate salmonellosis outbreak, prompting multiple recalls across the food industry.
