So Delicious Recalls Salted Caramel Cluster Pints Over Potential Stones, Hard Objects in Cashew Inclusions
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Danone USA is voluntarily recalling So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints because the product may contain foreign materials, including small stones and other hard objects, within the cashew inclusions, the company announced Sept. 15, 2026.
The recall applies to pints with best-by dates on or before April 3, 2028, according to the company. The product was distributed to retail stores in the United States.
No other So Delicious Dairy Free codes, flavors or products are affected, the company said.
Danone USA said the issue was identified through consumer complaints and that the FDA has been informed of the voluntary recall. The FDA published the recall notice on Sept. 15, 2026.
The company said it is working with retail partners to remove affected product from store shelves. Unaffected product remains available on shelves, and product shipped going forward is not affected by the recall, according to the announcement.
The recalled product is packaged in pint containers.

Whole Foods Recalls Cabricharme Cheese Sold in 7 States Over Undeclared Egg Protein
AUSTIN, Texas — Whole Foods Market is recalling Fromagerie Coop de Mean Cabricharme cheese because the product contains egg lysozyme, an egg white protein, that is not declared on the product label, the company announced Sept. 11, 2026. The FDA published the recall notice the same day.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product, according to the company.
The cheese was sold in the Specialty cheese department at 18 Whole Foods Market stores in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island.
All affected product has been removed from store shelves, the company said. The mislabeling issue was discovered by a store team member. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Customers who purchased the product do not need to return it but are urged to destroy it. Anyone who purchased the affected product may obtain a full refund with a valid receipt from the place of purchase.

Broccoli Sprouts Recalled in Idaho, Montana and Washington After Salmonella Outbreak Sickens 22
MOYIE SPRINGS, Idaho — Evergreen Fresh Sprouts LLC is recalling 215 cases of broccoli sprouts because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems, the company announced Sept. 10, 2026. The FDA published the recall notice the same day.
Healthy people infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea — which may be bloody — nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, according to the company. In rare circumstances, infection can result in the organism entering the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections, including infected aneurysms, endocarditis and arthritis.
The recalled broccoli sprouts were delivered to three distributors in Washington between Aug. 24 and Sept. 2, 2026, and the product may have been further distributed and sold in retail stores to consumers in Idaho, Montana and Washington.
The affected product was packaged in clear plastic 4-ounce zip lock bags with UPC code 8 38796 00105 1. The recalled sprouts have no brand name and carry Use By dates of 9/07/26, 9/09/26, 9/11/26, 9/14/26 and 9/16/26.
The company said it was notified that its broccoli sprouts product has been related to a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Bovismorbifican. The outbreak includes 22 cases as of Sept. 9, 2026.
The recall was also initiated when the broccoli sprout with the Use By date 9/16/26 tested positive for Salmonella by a third-party lab, the company said. Evergreen Fresh Sprouts has ceased production and distribution of broccoli sprouts since Sept. 4, 2026, and is conducting a root cause investigation.
Consumers who have purchased affected broccoli sprouts are urged to immediately discard the product.

Cranberry Chicken Salad Wedge sandwiches because the product contains an improperly declared egg allergen, the company announced Sept. 8, 2026. The FDA published the recall notice the same day.

The recalled sandwiches were distributed from Aug. 19, 2026, to Sept. 3, 2026, to a single convenience store customer in Georgia and Florida. The sandwiches are packaged in transparent plastic packages, and the Use By date is printed on the clear plastic container. To date, no illnesses related to the product have been reported.
The issue was identified during an internal label review, the company said. While egg is included in the ingredients list on the package label, it is not listed in the allergen “Contains” statement.
