This action comes after an outside supplier, BrucePac, issued a recall due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes in the burger patties.

– The Gambler: UPC 737296601788
These sandwiches carry a Best By date ranging from September 1, 2024, to November 23, 2024.
So far, there have been no reported illnesses linked to these products. Dakota Tom’s Sandwiches has confirmed that they are no longer sourcing ingredients from the affected facility.
Consumers who have purchased these sandwiches are advised not to consume them. Instead, they can return the products to the store for a full refund or dispose of them safely.
