Las Vegas, NV – Step aside, pit crews. The highly awaited lineup for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX this November may very well be located trackside at the Bellagio Fountain Club. MGM Resorts International has revealed an impressive array of culinary icons who will lead the exclusive dining experience throughout the race weekend (November 20-22, 2025), turning the venue into what could be considered the most opulent gastronomic grandstand in the world.
Building on its smash debut, the Bellagio Fountain Club is adding serious firepower to its kitchen brigade. Television favorites and award-winning chefs Tom Colicchio (“Top Chef”), Antonia Lofaso (“Beat Bobby Flay,” “Tournament of Champions”), and Brooke Williamson (“Top Chef,” “Beat Bobby Flay”) are joining the starting grid for the first time.
They’ll share the spotlight with returning culinary heavyweights, creating an unprecedented gathering of talent:
- José Andrés (World Central Kitchen, minibar)
- David Chang (Momofuku)
- Mario Carbone (Carbone, ZZ’s Club)
- Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Jean-Georges)
- Masaharu Morimoto (Morimoto)
- Wolfgang Puck (Spago, CUT)
- Olivia Tiedemann
- Michael Mina
- Bryan and Michael Voltaggio (The Voltaggio Brothers)

Throughout the race weekend, each chef will take center stage, personally preparing and serving signature dishes for guests. The backdrop? Front-row views of the roaring F1 cars speeding down the Las Vegas Strip, perfectly synchronized with the iconic, erupting Fountains of Bellagio.
“This isn’t just a VIP box; it’s become a singular destination in global sports and dining,” declared Andrew Lanzino, MGM Resorts International’s Vice President of Citywide Events Strategy. “Guests aren’t just trackside for F1, they’re tableside with the planet’s greatest chefs. Adding Tom, Antonia, and Brooke brings even more incredible energy to this truly epic experience.”
- Beyond the Headliners: A Full Culinary Circuit
- The gourmet offerings extend beyond the celebrity chef roster:
- Chad Colby (Antico Nuovo, Los Angeles) brings his acclaimed pasta mastery.
- A special pop-up collaboration from rising talents Owen Han and H Woo Lee.
- The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, the nation’s premier destination for artisanal cheese and gourmet specialties, will offer curated selections.
Positioned as an unrivaled offering “only possible in Las Vegas – and only at Bellagio,” the Fountain Club promises more than just food and racing. An open bar featuring signature cocktails and premium wines curated by award-winning mixologists and sommeliers.
