It’s been days since Ashton Hall, the viral TikTok sensation, dropped his day-to-day series, and people are starting to see through the façade—this isn’t real. Constantly pausing to drink a bottle of Saratoga Water while maintaining his fitness and following his morning routine feels so exaggerated and absurd that even The Daily Mail sought for people’s opinions.
A Little Background
Ashton Hall used to be an athlete. He played American football in high school at First Coast High in Jacksonville, Florida, and then went on to Alcorn State University. Over the course of two seasons, he only played one game before calling it quits and deciding to become an online trainer.
To be honest, if this was his way of getting a viral moment, he certainly got what he was looking for. However, he definitely overdid it. Showing off his expensive living space, constant exercise, sexy athletic body, and access to luxury might have impressed a young, impressionable demographic, but to what end? Where have we seen this same eye-catching storyline before? From old-time influencers like @drewwalls10 to red pill bros to crypto scammers, it’s honestly become boring at this point. Everyone is basically copying each other, attempting to sell us an unattainable lifestyle sometimes only enjoyed by the super wealthy. But then again, the world of social media isn’t real—Ashton Hall may help prove this point.
But why are we bothered, you may ask? Lord have mercy, where should we start?🤣🤣🤣
The Routine
The clip starts with him waking up at 3:56 AM.
He removes a mouth tape and then uses Saratoga Water to brush his teeth (Really, Ashton?).
By 4:20 AM, he shows up on a balcony to does a few things: push-ups, standing still to meditate for 4 minutes, and drinking Saratoga Water.
Getting up, he hits the bottle, it shatters into pieces, and some lady packs it up.
At 4:33 AM, he sits at a desk, meditates, flips through the pages of a Bible, opens a journal, scribbles something down, and then listens to a preacher.
At 5:48 AM, another scene shows him with a big bowl containing ice, Saratoga Water, and lemon. He juices the lemon with a powerful grip and then dips his face into the solution.
At 6:00 AM, a lady hands him his outfit, he puts it on, gathers his stuff, and wears jewelry to head to the gym.
At 6:38 AM, he’s working out at the gym while wearing jewelry! SMH!!!!!!. He works out for an hour.

He arrives at a pool, starts his jump at 7:36 AM, and dives into the pool by exactly 7:40 AM (🤣🤣🤣🤣).
He gets into a shower and finishes by 8:35 AM. Standing in front of a mirror, he eats a banana, uses the peel to wipe his face, then rinses his face, and dresses up.
By 9:05 AM, he sits at his desk in a suit. A different lady with long, (scary) nails presents him with Saratoga Water in a bowl, containing ice and possibly lemon.
He begins to pretend he’s chatting with someone on the computer, saying, “We need to make 10,000…..”
At 9:26 AM, the lady with the weird nails prepares him dinner, hands it to him, and places another bottle of Saratoga Water right in front of the camera.
We cannot confirm if this was a sponsored video, but we can see he was trying to pass on some good tips for staying healthy:
- He uses tape to close his mouth while sleeping, which helps force him to breathe through his nose. Great nasal breathing improves oxygen intake and reduces snoring.
- He brushes his teeth for dental hygiene.
- He meditates to help focus and reduce stress.
- He journals to reduce stress and increase focus.
- Dipping his head into cold water improves blood circulation, reduces puffiness, and enhances glowing skin.
- Exercise and swimming improve cardiovascular health.
- According to bodybuilders the norm is that eating banana is an excellent pre-gym snack, packed with carbohydrates and potassium that help support muscle and nerve function.
- Wiping his face with a banana peel helps reduce wrinkles and brighten his face.
Finally, he has breakfast.

Tennis Routine
In another clip, Ashton is seen playing tennis, and immediately afterward, he’s handed a watermelon to eat (🤣🤣🤣🤣).
With his exaggerated facial expressions and jumping 6 feet into the air, it’s clear that Ashton might play tennis occasionally, but it’s obvious he doesn’t play regularly.
Bodybuilders swear by eating watermelon or drinking its juice after a workout to help rehydrate the body. The simple carbohydrates in watermelon provide fuel and help replenish muscles. It’s also believed to be rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and potassium. However, we cannot verify if this claim is actually true.

The clips are outrageous attempts at click farming, but did his favorite water win fans? I think not. Because honestly, who would want to stay suspended in the air for 4-5 minutes?
And this concludes Ashton Hall’s morning routine.
