BOSTON — Wine enthusiasts looking to escape to New England this spring will have an exciting new reason to head to Boston, as the Boston Wine Expo is set to return on March 7–8, 2026. This event will showcase over 100 international wineries, making it one of the largest wine tourism gatherings in the region.
Taking place at the historic Hilton Park Plaza Hotel, the annual expo will turn Boston into a premier global tasting hub, allowing guests to sample wines from celebrated regions such as Sicily, South Africa, Israel, France, Australia, and Bordeaux.
According to the organizers, the 2026 edition promises to be the most diverse yet, driven by robust advance ticket sales and a broader international lineup. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover vintages from France’s Côtes du Rhône and Saint-Émilion, island wines from Sicily, and exclusive selections from Israel’s Golan Heights Winery — a highlight for travelers in search of distinctive wine experiences.
“This year’s Boston Wine Expo showcases the incredible diversity of the global wine industry,” said Raffaele Scalzi, director of the Boston Wine Expo. “We’re thrilled to welcome both iconic and emerging regions to Boston, giving guests the opportunity to discover wines they won’t find anywhere else in New England.”
In addition to tastings, the expo provides an enriching travel experience through exclusive master classes conducted by wine specialists and regional councils. The sessions feature topics such as Sicily DOC, Wines of South Africa, Côtes du Rhône, Wines of Georgia, Golan Heights Winery, Saint-Émilion Bordeaux, and Wines of Australia.
For attendees, the event complements a weekend in Boston, allowing guests to merge international wine culture with the city’s historic sites, waterfront dining, and vibrant nightlife. The expo draws both casual tourists and industry experts, presenting chances to connect with winemakers, sommeliers, and importers while gaining insights into global wine trends.
Tickets are on sale now at boswineexpo.com, and the event runs March 7–8, 2026, at the Hilton Park Plaza Hotel in downtown Boston.
