SPANISH FORK, Utah — New Grains Gluten Free Bakery has issued a voluntary recall of a wide range of its baked goods due to the presence of undeclared allergens, posing a serious risk to consumers with food allergies. The affected products include breads, bagels, cookies, croutons, and caramel bars, which may contain eggs, milk, soy, and tree nuts not listed on the product labels.
The products were distributed between April 7 and April 21, 2025, under lot numbers 90–107, and were sold in retail stores across the state of Utah. While no illnesses have been reported to date, individuals with allergies or sensitivities to any of the listed allergens are urged to avoid consuming the products due to the risk of potentially life-threatening allergic reactions.

Reason for the Recall:
The issue was discovered after it was found that products containing eggs, milk, soy, and tree nuts were labeled without properly disclosing these ingredients. Such omissions can be especially dangerous for individuals with severe food allergies.
