Mojave Desert, NV – October 3–5, 2025

The iconic RISE Festival returns to the Mojave Desert this October for its 10th anniversary, unveiling an ambitious and deeply meditative new experience for guests: The Path—a transformative entryway of light, sculpture, and sound that sets the stage for an unforgettable weekend of music, art, and collective release.
Described by organizers as a “curated ritual of arrival,” The Path leads guests through a sensory journey designed to encourage presence and introspection before the release of the festival’s signature sky lanterns. Featuring expansive installations by globally acclaimed artists—including HYBYCOZO, Whitaker Studio, and This is Loop—this immersive corridor reimagines the festival’s entrance as a spiritual and artistic gateway.
“This year, we wanted the experience of arriving at RISE to feel like crossing a threshold,” said RISE Art Director John Connors. “The Path is the first step into the world of RISE—a moment to slow down, take in the surroundings, and enter a shared space that invites curiosity, reflection, and hope.”
At the heart of The Path are the RISE Meditation Halos, handcrafted wooden pergolas adorned with flowing linen and daybeds that offer a tranquil setting for desert meditation. Set against the Mojave’s sweeping landscape, this serene entrance primes festivalgoers for the celebration ahead with a sense of calm and intention.

A Landscape Transformed by Light and Motion
Beyond The Path, RISE continues to evolve with new and returning art installations that redefine the desert festival experience:
“Trillion” and “Diamonds on the Desert” by HYBYCOZO bring monumental geometric sculptures inspired by nature, mathematics, and sacred geometry. By night, these works become radiant fields of light and shadow, turning the desert into a living canvas.
“Desert Winds” by Whitaker Studio fills the air with elegant kinetic sculptures that move with the breeze—reminding guests of their elemental connection to earth and sky.
“Pulse” by This is Loop delivers high-energy light installations that invite spontaneous play and joy, resonating with RISE’s communal spirit.
The RISE Collective adds three major pieces:
“Mirrors of Reflection”, a poetic sanctuary of towering mirrors and verse.
“Moons on the Horizon”, celestial steel moons glowing gently on the desert’s edge.
“RISE HIGHER”, bold steel lettering emerging from the ground, offering a powerful visual centerpiece.

Together, these works form a spiritual and visual narrative arc, grounding guests in the present moment while lifting them into a shared, elevated experience.
RISE Festival 2025 also boasts a world-class music lineup, headlined by RÜFÜS DU SOL, Calvin Harris, and John Mayer—each bringing their signature sound to the festival’s ethereal setting. The performances, set against the backdrop of the Mojave sunset and star-filled night, promise a transformative musical journey.
A Decade of Light, Sound, and Soul
