Adding to the allure, an ice bar will serve Champagne, while a playful “Press for Fashion” button will deliver stylish offerings directly to your table. Custom artwork by New York artist Xavier Donnelly will adorn the walls, inspired by Ludwig Bemelmans’ whimsical style and the original murals that have made Bemelmans Bar a New York institution. The artwork will weave a narrative of Aspen’s winter magic, blending après-ski joy with alpine fashion.
The musical lineup is equally enchanting. On opening night, Emmy Award-winning composer and pianist Earl Rose—a fixture at Bemelmans Bar in New York for over three decades—will take the stage at the Steinway piano. Following his performance, local Aspen artists will continue the tradition of live piano, paying homage to The Carlyle’s artistic heritage and fostering a sense of community.
