Forum Rules

- No spam. Irrelevant or promotional posts will be removed.
- Avoid all caps. Writing in all capitals is considered shouting and isn’t necessary.
- Keep images under 800×600. This helps users with slower connections and keeps the forum neat.
- No red text. Only moderators and administrators may use it.
- No personal attacks. Insults, flaming, or harassment toward other members or staff will not be tolerated.
- Use appropriate language. Some members may be younger. Mild swearing is allowed, but keep it minimal and respectful. A language filter is in place.
- No hacking or illegal activity. Discussions or links related to torrents, illegal downloads, or similar content are strictly prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.
- No inappropriate content. If you wouldn’t view it at work or in front of children, don’t post it.
What Happens if You Break a Rule
Consequences depend on the severity of the rule violation:
- First offense (minor): You may receive a private message correction; no further action taken.
- Serious offense: You’ll receive a formal warning recorded to your account.
- Second offense: Another warning will be issued.
- Third offense: A temporary ban may occur, with length determined by the severity of the violation.
- Further offenses: A permanent ban will be applied, meaning you will no longer be able to access the forum.

r/Fashion & Beauty Rules
1. Treat Others With Respect
Harassment, name-calling, insults, and personal attacks are prohibited.
All posts and comments must comply with Wick & Company News Media’s Content Policy, including respect for all identities. Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Content promoting hate or discrimination will result in a ban.
2. No Sexual Commentary
Do not make sexualized comments about others’ bodies, use sexual innuendo, objectify individuals, make unsolicited sexual propositions, or discuss sexual preferences or fantasies.
Users with a history of sexual commentary in NSFW subs are not permitted to participate.
Violations will result in an immediate ban.
3. Use r/fashion for Item Searches
Posts seeking specific clothing items, brand names, dupes, or similar requests are not allowed.
Please use r/fashion or r/beauty for help locating items or finding similar styles. Any “find this” or “where can I buy” posts will be removed.
4. No Self-Promotion or Explicit Creators
Do not post or link to personal products, services, blogs, websites, or social media accounts. This includes comments and direct messages.
Accounts created primarily to promote sexual or NSFW content, or profiles that link to explicit material, will be banned and have their posts removed.
5. Stay On Topic
Posts must be strictly related to fashion and personal style.

6. No Low-Effort or AI-Generated Content

10. Show Your Outfit Clearly
The main image must clearly show your outfit from the front.
Main images may not be:

Headshots or cleavage shots

Taken at extreme or awkward angles

Photos of clothes not being worn
You may blur or cover your face with an emoji or marker for privacy.
11. No Controversial Topics
Posts must not include or center around controversial subjects.
12. Single Clothing Items
Avoid posting individual clothing items (e.g., a shirt or dress on its own).
Wear the item and style it as part of an outfit before posting. This allows for more useful feedback.
Occasional exceptions may be made at moderator discretion.
13. Zoomed-Out Photo Must Come First
When posting multiple images:

The first image must be a clear, zoomed-out photo of the full outfit

The first image may not be a headshot, cleavage shot, or sexualized image
Zoomed-in or angled photos may be included after the main image. Exceptions may be made for specific advice requests.
14. No Collages or Text in Images
Collages and images containing text or symbols are prohibited, including:

Pinterest boards or similar layouts

Images with text, emojis, arrows, hearts, lines, pricing, or advertising

Any image containing multiple images in one frame
15. No Age, Gender, or Sexuality in Posts
Do not include age, gender, or sexuality in post titles.
Discussions about sexuality, gender identity, or whether someone “passes” are not permitted. This is a fashion-focused sub, and such topics are outside its scope.
