Forum Rules
To maintain a welcoming, respectful space for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Be respectful. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated. We’re all here to learn and share.
- Use English only. Posts should be in English; if you wish to write in another language, please do so via private messages.
- No spam. Irrelevant or promotional posts will be removed.
- Avoid all caps. Writing in all capitals is considered shouting and isn’t necessary.
- Keep images under 800×600. This helps users with slower connections and keeps the forum neat.
- No red text. Only moderators and administrators may use it.
- No personal attacks. Insults, flaming, or harassment toward other members or staff will not be tolerated.
- Use appropriate language. Some members may be younger. Mild swearing is allowed, but keep it minimal and respectful. A language filter is in place.
- No hacking or illegal activity. Discussions or links related to torrents, illegal downloads, or similar content are strictly prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.
- No inappropriate content. If you wouldn’t view it at work or in front of children, don’t post it.
What Happens if You Break a Rule
Consequences depend on the severity of the rule violation:
- First offense (minor): You may receive a private message correction; no further action taken.
- Serious offense: You’ll receive a formal warning recorded to your account.
- Second offense: Another warning will be issued.
- Third offense: A temporary ban may occur, with length determined by the severity of the violation.
- Further offenses: A permanent ban will be applied, meaning you will no longer be able to access the forum.

1. Content Restrictions
No memes, images, or low-effort posts.

2. Titles Must Be High-Effort and Descriptive
Text posts are not allowed.

Misleading, sensationalized, editorialized, or ambiguous titles are prohibited.

ALL-CAPS titles, emojis, hashtags, clickbait phrasing, or other attention-grabbing tactics are not allowed.

Do not reference votes, karma, or other Wick & Company–specific terminology.

Do not use posts to communicate with or call out other Wick & Company users or organizations.
3. No Blogs, Spam, Self-Promotion, or Illegal Content

No links to blogs, vlogs, podcasts, or any attempt to drive traffic to personal channels or websites.

All forms of self-promotion will be removed in accordance with site rules.

Do not request or offer goods, services, surveys, votes, participation, support, or fundraising.

Requests for illegal content or directing others to illegal material will result in a ban.

Comment spam—including bots, novelty accounts, or edited spam comments—will be removed.
4. No AI Content, Personal Information, or Impersonation

Artificially generated content is prohibited, including AI-generated posts, titles, comments, or headlines.

Sharing personal information that is not publicly available (such as private names, phone numbers, or social media accounts) violates Wick & Company News Media rules and will result in a ban and report to administrators.

5. Civility and Conduct
